Product Overview
The new WQAS series of submersible electric sewage pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) consists of a pump, seal, and motor. The motor is located above the pump and is available in single-phase and three-phase asynchronous versions. Double mechanical seals are used between the pump and motor, and each fixed seal uses an O-ring seal with oil-resistant rubber for static sealing.
Main Applications
This series of pumps is an electric drainage and irrigation system consisting of a motor and pump-type structure. They are suitable for sewage drainage and irrigation in construction sites, coal mines, metallurgy, bridges, textile industries, and other fields. They can also be used for clean water drainage and irrigation. Some models feature a channel-type impeller, significantly improving anti-clogging capabilities. Other models utilize a full-lift design, enabling the pump to operate without overload under normal operating conditions, effectively extending the motor’s service life.
The cutting-type series pumps incorporate advanced international technologies and utilize a novel and unique shearing principle. They can cut or tear long fibers and plastics, maintaining unobstructed flow in the pump.
